摘要
通过分析我国企业产权制度的改革、加入WTO以及知识经济的到来等因素而导致企业文化新的发展趋势 ,提出企业应根据这种新的情况对企业文化进行创新 ,并采取有效的措施保证创新的企业文化的贯彻和实施 。
The paper, through an analysis of new trends of enterprise culture after China's entry of WTO, the coming of knowledge economy and reforms in China's enterprise property rights, draws a conclusion that all enterprises should renew their cultures to meet all possible situations. In order to actualize their new developments, the enterprises should take effective measures to ensure the renewal of their cultures.
