微观尺度下含硫尾砂胶结充填体侵蚀机理 被引量:7

摘要 全尾砂作为采空区充填最常用的充填骨料之一,以其形成的胶结充填体必然含有一定量的硫化物或硫元素。针对硫元素对胶结充填体强度的影响问题,基于水泥水化单元模型及水泥的微观水化反应机理,建立了二维的含硫尾砂侵蚀水化单元模型。在此基础上,通过分析石膏与钙矾石在侵蚀过程中的作用,研究了硫酸根离子对水泥水化单元的侵蚀机理,以及硫酸根离子对水化单元微观结构变化的影响。同时,将含硫尾砂的侵蚀过程与水化单元微观结构的变化进行匹配和阶段划分,更加准确地分析了含硫尾砂胶结充填体侵蚀过程随时间发展变化规律。研究分析表明,模型预测结果与现有理论分析吻合,本文所建立的模型可以合理地解释含硫尾砂胶结充填体微观侵蚀过程的时变发展规律。 The whole tailings is one of the most commonly used filling materials in the golf,and the whole tailings-formed cemented paste backfill contains a certain amount of sulfide or sulfur element.Aimed at the influence of sulfur element on the strength of cemented paste backfill,based on the cement hydration unit model and the microscopic hydration reaction mechanism of cement,a two-dimensional model of sulfur-containing tailings erosion hydration unit was established,and the erosion mechanism of sulfate ion on cement hydration unit and the influence of sulfate ion on the microstructure change of hydration unit were studied by analyzing the role of gypsum and ettringite in the erosion process.The erosion process of sulfur-containing tailings and the change of microstructure of hydration unit were matched and staged,and the variation of the erosion process of sulfur-containing tailings cemented backfill was analyzed more accurately.The research shows that the model prediction results are consistent with the existing theoretical analysis.The model can reasonably explain the time-varying development of the micro-erosion process of the sulfur-bearing tailings cemented backfill.
