摘要
党的十九大报告提出要坚持人与自然和谐共生,实施乡村振兴战略和区域协调发展战略。因此,如何促进乡村旅游的转型升级,使乡村旅游在乡村振兴和区域协调发展中更好地发挥作用,是值得关注的重要问题。本文在厘清全域旅游与乡村旅游二者关系的基础上,以陕西省为例,从消费结构变化、政府引导、市场竞争、技术进步与创新、企业对利润的追求等五个方面分析了乡村旅游转型升级的动因。据此,基于全域旅游的新视角提出了乡村旅游转型升级的路径:积极推进产业融合,培育旅游新业态;加强供给侧结构性改革,打造旅游综合体;发挥科技引领作用,推进智慧旅游建设;改革旅游管理体制,创新旅游治理机制;完善乡村基础设施,优化旅游环境;"创客"驱动,提升旅游服务质量。
The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we should insist on the harmonious coexistence between human and nature and implement the strategy of rural revitalization and the regional coordinated development. Therefore, it is an important issue that how to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism so that rural tourism can play better roles in rural revitalization and regional coordinated development. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between comprehensive tourism and rural tourism, taking Shaanxi Province as a case, this paper analyzes the motivations of the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism from five aspects, including the change of consumption structure, government guidance, market competition, technological progress and the pursuit of profit. Based on the pempective of comprehensive tourism, it puts forward the following six suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism： to promote industrial integration and foster new business models for tourism, to strengthen supply-side structural reform and build a tourism complex, to exert the leading role of science and technology and promote the construction of smart tourism, to reform tourism management system and innovate tourism governance mechanism, to improve the rural infrastructure and optimize the tourism environment, to drive by makers and improve the quality of tourism service.
