摘要 农业部入选国家重要农业遗产名录的京西稻,是地域名称,最初指在北京京西大地畅春园、静明园、清漪园及其周边种植的水稻。1949年以后,随着种植面积不断扩大,开始由山前向山后发展,泛指在今海淀区种植的水稻,在不同时期种植不同的品种。这些品种在稻的分类上,属于栽培稻、粳亚种、水稻品种,主要有御稻、紫金箍、大粒紫金箍、大白芒、大红芒、小红芒、银坊、水原300粒、中作93、津稻305、上香1号。这些品种在京西稻的生产中,都曾发挥过重要作用。 Jingxi rice is the geographical name, which was selected as the national list of important agricultural heritage by ministry of agriculture. Initially refers to Changchun park, Jingming park, Qingyi park of the west Beijing and its surrounding planting of rice. After the founding of new china, with the growing area planted, rice planted in Haidian district are called jingxi rice. Different times planted different varieties, and these varieties in the classification of rice, belong to cultivated rice, japonica subspecies, rice varieties. It mainly includ royal rice, zijingu, big grain zijingu, dabaimang, dahongmang, xiaohongmang, yinfang, shuiyuan300, zhongzuo93, jindao305 and shangxiang 1 hao. These varieties have played an important role in the production of Jingxi rice.
