摘要
上海是中国现代工业的发源地之一,存在数量庞大的工业遗产。在城市更新时代来临、产业面临转型之时,由工业遗产转化为创意产业园这种模式成为转型的主要策略,并在近20年内得到了长足的发展。文章通过大量的案例研究,尤其是那些由工业遗存转化而来的创意产业园区的项目,通过对区位、建设更新时间、更新背景、规模、业主、投资、运营相关等方面进行信息收集,从空间及时间两条线索对创意产业园的发展进行梳理,探索上海存量工业再利用的动力、发展现状、共性及特性、存在的问题及未来发展的趋势。
With a large number of industrial heritages. Shanghai is one of the cradles of modern industry of China. In the era of urban regeneration and the transformation of industry, the transformation from industrial heritage to creative industrial park has become a main strategy and has made great progress in the last 20 years. Through a large number of case studies, especially the projects of the creative industrial parks which have been transformed from industrial remains, this paper collects information through location, renewal time, updating background, scale, owner, investment, operation and so on, and combs the development of Creative Industrial Park from two clues of space and time. To explore the power, development status, commonalities and characteristics, existing problems and future trends of Shanghai＇s stock industrial reuse.
