摘要
粗放快速的城镇化进程导致城市自然资源被破坏、生活成本高昂、工作竞争激烈和人均公共资源匮乏等问题,严重影响着每一位国民的健康,特别是心理健康。本文通过诠释城市自然对人体精神健康产生影响的三种机制(压力舒缓、社会资本提升、注意力恢复),揭示了城市自然对提升精神健康水平的关键性作用。为了保障和提升市民的精神健康水平,我们需要在个人、社区和城市三种尺度上采取一系列关键行动。
The crude and rapid urbanization causes the damage to natural resources,the high cost of living,the low public resources per capital,the severe competition in workplace,and many other social and environmental problems.These problems have significant negative impacts on citizens’health,especially mental health.This paper demonstrates the critical contribution of urban nature on promoting mental health through analysis of three key mechanisms:the stress relief,social capital promotion,and attention restoration.In order to protect and improve citizens’mental health,we need to take key actions across the individual,neighborhoods,and city scales.
