摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在提高护理人员药品不良反应上报质量中的效果。方法采用PDCA循环法,分析医院2016年1月—12月316例药物不良反应上报情况,提出改进措施。统计2017年1月—12月药物不良反应上报情况,并与2016年度进行比较。结果 2017年度医院上报药物不良反应229例,较2016年减少了87例,所涉及的药物有96个品种,较2016年减少了42种,上报合格率从74.05%提高到89.96%。结论针对药物不良反应上报中存在的问题,利用PDCA的方法进行管理可以提高药品不良反应上报的质量,对保证了护理质量和患者用药安全具有积极意义。
Objective To evaluate the PDCA cycle in improving the quality of adverse drug reaction（ ADR） report by nurses. Methods PDCA cycle was used to analyze 316 reported cases of ADRs in year 2016,and corresponding measured were carried out to improve the quality of ADRs report. The reported cases of ADRs in year 2017 was calculated and compared with those of year 2016. Results There were 229 cases of reported ADRs in 2017,with a decrease of 87 cases compared with those in 2016. There were 96 varieties of drugs involved,with a decrease of 42 from 2016,and the qualified rate of reporting was increased from 74. 05% in year 2016 to89. 96% in year 2017. Conclusion PDCA cycle is an effective tool to analyze the problems of reporting ADRs by nurses. It can improve the quality of reporting ADRs and enhance the awareness of medical staff to ensure the safety of patients＇ medication.
