摘要
目的探讨膝骨性关节炎中医祛风除湿熏蒸护理的效果。方法 80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组常规治疗和护理,研究组在对照组基础上加予中药熏蒸护理。评价2组护理满意度和临床疗效,比较2组干预前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和美国膝关节协会评分法(AKS)评分。结果研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有效率95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2组VAS评分、AKS评分均降低,且研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医祛风除湿熏蒸护理可提高膝骨性关节炎治疗效果,改善膝关节功能,减少局部疼痛。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbs fumigation in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were assigned to the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine care,and those in the study group were given Chinese herbs fumigation. The therapeutic effect and satisfactory degree of patients were assessed. The Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） on pain and American knee association score（ AKS） were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction degree of patients in the study group was higher than that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The overall effective rate was 95. 00%（38/40） in the study group and was 80. 00%（32/40） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.After intervention,the scores of VAS and AKS decreased more significantly in the study group than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese herbs fumigation is effective to improve the treatment effect of knee osteoarthritis and relieve the pain degree of patients.
