摘要
目的探讨改良隔盐灸盒在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的应用效果。方法将60例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用普通隔盐灸盒进行艾灸,观察组采用改良隔盐灸盒进行艾灸。比较2组干预前后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分,记录艾炷燃烧时间和灸后脐周皮肤温度,评价2组护理满意度。结果干预2周后,2组NRS评分较干预前下降明显(P<0.05),但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组艾炷燃烧时间长于对照组(P<0.05),脐周皮肤温度高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组对艾灸操作的满意度86.67%(26/30),高于对照组的60.00%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者应用改良隔盐灸盒治疗疗效确切、安全性高、患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion with modified salt-partitioned moxibustion box for patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain. Methods Totally 60 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ordinary salt-partitioned moxibustion box was used in the control group,and the modified salt-partitioned moxibustion box was used in the observation group. Numerical Rating Scale（ NRS） was used to assess degree of pain in patients before and after treatment. The burning time of moxa and periumbilical temperature of patients were recorded. The questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the satisfactory degree of patients. Results After 14 days of treatment,the NRS score was decreased in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. The average burning time of moxa in the observation group was longer than that of the controls（ P〈0. 05）. The periumbilical temperature in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The overall satisfaction rate was 86. 67%（26/30） in the observation group and was 60. 00%（18/30） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of moxibustion with modified salt-partitioned moxibustion box is effective and well-tolerated in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain.
