摘要
目的观察膝关节保健操在膝痹病患者康复护理中的运用效果。方法将60例膝痹病患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施膝关节保健操锻炼。观察2组干预前后Lysholm膝关节评分。结果干预后,2组Lysholm量表评分均有升高(P<0.01),且观察组评分(90.13±8.14)分,高于对照组的(70.30±6.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论膝关节保健操有助于促进项痹病患者膝关节功能的恢复,且简单易学,安全性高,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of knee rehabilitation gymnastics in nursing management of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 60 patient with knee osteoarthritis were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine care,and the observation group was given knee rehabilitation gymnastics. The knee function of patients was evaluated by Lysholm knee score（ LKSS）. Results The LKSS score was increased in both two groups after intervention,as was higher in the observation group than that of controls（90. 13 ± 8. 14 vs. 70. 30 ± 6. 13,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The knee gymnastics is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of knee function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
