摘要
目的探究慢病管理模式对类风湿关节炎患者疾病认知、复诊依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月—3月收治类风湿关节炎患者30例为对照组,接受药物治疗和常规护理;另选取2017年4月—6月收治的类风湿关节炎患者30作为观察组,接受药物治疗和风湿病慢病管理模式。评估2组患者对疾病相关知识了解情况、复诊依从性及生活质量评分。结果 3个月后观察组对疾病相关知识了解情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复诊依从性高于对照组;3个月后观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采取风湿病慢病管理模式干预,能有效改善类风湿关节炎患者疾病相关知识的认知,提高复诊依从性及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of chronic disease management for rheumatic diseases on disease awareness,compliance and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From January,2017 to March,2017,30 rheumatoid arthritis patients were recruited as the control group and received routine care during drug treatment. From April,2017 to June,2017,30 rheumatoid arthritis patients were recruited as the observation group and received chronic disease management for rheumatism during drug treatment. The disease awareness,compliance and quality of life of patients were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had better understanding of disease-related knowledge than that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The compliance rate of subsequent visit was higher in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores of Short-Form 36-Item Health Survey（ SF-36） scale compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The application of chronic disease management for rheumatism can effectively improve the disease awareness,compliance and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
