摘要
目的探究雌激素受体基因多态性与绝经后女性代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法前瞻性选取绝经后MS患者196例为实验组,200例健康女性为对照组。采用PCR对其ERα多态位点基因分布、等位基因分布、ERβAluⅠ多态位点基因分布、等位基因分布、ERα多态位点单体型分布进行检测,ERβRsaⅠ多态位点基因分布、等位基因分布、ERβ多态位点单体型分布等进行检测,并进行统计学处理。结果两组ERα多态位点基因分布、等位基因分布、ERβAluⅠ多态位点基因分布、等位基因分布、ERα多态位点单体型分布相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组ERβRsaⅠ多态位点基因分布以及等位基因分布低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组ERβ多态位点单体型分布高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ERa的2个经典位点基因多态与MS间无显著关系,ERβRsaⅠ酶切位点基因多态与患者的MS有着十分密切的关系,表明雌激素受体信号转导通路与患者的MS发生有着密切的关系。
Objective To explore the correlation of the estrogen receptor gene polymorphism and postmenopause women with the metabolic syndrome. Methods 196 cases of postmenopausal metabolic syndrome( MS) patients were selected as experimental group and 200 healthy women as control group. PCR was used to detect ER alpha gene polymorphism loci and alleles distribution,ER beta Alu I gene polymorphism loci and alleles distribution,ER alpha polymorphism loci haplotype distribution,ER beta Rsa Ⅰ gene polymorphism loci and alleles distribution,ER beta polymorphic loci haplotype distribution,and the data was statistically analyzed. Results The distribution of ER alpha polymorphisms,the distribution of allele,the distribution of ER beta Alu Ⅰ gene,the distribution of allele,the distribution of allele,and the distribution of the ER alpha polymorphic loci had no statistical significant difference( P〈0. 05). The distribution of ER beta RsaⅠ polymorphism in the experimental group and the distribution of alleles were lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). The ER beta Rsa Ⅰgene polymorphism loci distribution in experimental group was less than that of the experimental group( P〈0. 05). The haplotype distribution of ER beta polymorphic locus was higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The gene polymorphism of two classic sites of ERa has no significant relationship with MS,ER beta Rsa Ⅰ enzyme loci gene polymorphism has a very close relationship with MS patients,which indicates that estrogen receptor signal transduction pathway has a close relationship with MS patients.
