摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌患者胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP-2)、微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)蛋白在癌组织中的表达及与患者肿瘤进展的关系。方法回顾性选取病理科收集的胰腺癌组织标本75例(癌组织)、获取的癌旁组织标本40例(癌旁组织),收集时间2015年1月至2017年7月。检测两组标本中的IGFBP-2、LC3蛋白表达水平,并分析IGFBP-2、LC3蛋白与胰腺癌患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、门脉或腹腔神经侵犯、肿瘤病灶直径的关系。结果癌组织中的IGFBP-2蛋白阳性表达率81.33%显著的高于癌旁组织的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌组织中的LC3蛋白阳性表达率34.67%显著的低于癌旁组织的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌组织中IGFBP-2蛋白表达阳性与胰腺癌患者分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移具有显著的相关性(P<0.05);癌组织中的LC3蛋白阳性表达率与胰腺癌患者TNM分期、分化程度具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌组织IGFBP-2蛋白高表达、LC3蛋白低表达,两者均与肿瘤组织分化程度、TNM分期相关,IGFBP-2蛋白高表达还与淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein（ IGFBP-2） and microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3（ LC3） protein in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with tumor progression. Methods In the Department of pathology of our hospital,75 tissue samples of pancreatic cancer and 40 specimens adjacent to carcinoma were collected from January 2015 to July 2017 time. IGFBP-2 and LC3 protein expression level in the two groups were detected,and the relationships between IGFBP-2,LC3 protein and TNM staging in patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma,lymph node metastasis,differentiation,portal vein or abdominal nerve invasion,tumor diameter were analyzed. Results The positive expression of IGFBP-2 protein in cancer tissue was 81. 33%,which was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues 40%（ P〈0. 05）. LC3 protein positive expression in cancer tissue was 34. 67%,which was significantly lower than that in cancer tissues 80%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Positive expression of IGFBP-2 protein and TNM stage,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis was significantly correlated（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant correlation between the positive expression of LC3 protein and TNM staging and differentiation in patients with pancreatic cancer（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high expression of IGFBP-2 protein and low expression of LC3 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues are related to the TNM stage,degree of differentiation,and high expression of IGFBP-2 protein is also associated with lymph node metastasis of the tumor.
