摘要
目的对比直切口和L型切口复位内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折患者术后愈合率的效果。方法前瞻性选取2015年6月至2017年6月收治的跟骨粉碎性骨折患者108例(120足),随机分为两组,研究组应用直切口复位内固定治疗,对照组应用L型切口复位内固定治疗。观察研究两组患者手术后切口恢复情况,准确记录并对比分析患者治疗1 d及治疗14 d后的NIHSS评分和日常生活活动能力,以及对两组患者的生活质量进行比较。结果研究组临床切口恢复效果、NIHSS评分和日常生活活动能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用直切口复位内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折较L型切口复位内固定的术后愈合效果更理想,可减少并发症发生,且患者的日常生活能力更好,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of straight incision and l-shaped incision on postoperative healing rate of patients with comminuted fracture. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,108 cases of patients with calcaneal comminuted fracture( 120 feet) were randomly divided into two groups,study group were given straight incision reduction and internal fixation treatment,control group were given L incision reduction and internal fixation treatment. The postoperative incision recovery of the two groups were accurately recorded and the NIHSS scores and activities of daily living activities after 1 day and 14 days of treatment were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical incision recovery effect,NIHSS score and activities of daily living in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the control group than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of straight incision reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fractures compared with L-shaped incision reduction and internal fixation is ideal for clinical treatment,it can reduce complications,and the patient's daily living ability is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
