摘要
电镀作为重庆市主要的重金属排放行业之一,数量多、分布广,对三峡库区水环境影响十分敏感。根据重庆市内主要电镀企业及电镀集中加工区的实地调研情况以及电镀行业协会统计数据,详细分析了重庆市电镀行业现状及存在的主要环保问题,并从空间布局、环境准入、工艺装备、污染防治、管理机制、排污监管等方面,提出了相应的提升整治对策,为电镀行业的减排及转型升级提供一定的参考价值。
Electroplating is one of the major heavy metal emission industries in Chongqing. Large numbers of electroplating companies are widely distributed,having an important impact on the water environment of the Three Gorges reservoir area. Through field surveys of major electroplating companies and electroplating-concentrated areas in Chongqing and using statistical data of electroplating industry associations,this paper elaborated the status quo of the electroplating industry in Chongqing and major environmental issues. Pollution control measures were also proposed in terms of spatial layout,environmental access,process equipment,pollution prevention and control,management mechanisms and supervision of pollutant discharge in order to provide reference for discharge reduction and upgrading of the electroplating industry.
