摘要 1976年Guilleminault C初次提出阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea sydrome,OSAHS）这一疾病的存在——夜间睡眠的频繁呼吸暂停和（或）低通气,常常存在鼻咽部解剖结构的改变、肥胖、BMI（体质指数）异常等高危因素导致的上气道的塌陷,引起血氧饱和度骤降,随后再恢复至正常并反复交替出现.
