摘要
探讨目前主要针对等轴残余应力的显微硬度压痕法在非等轴残余应力估算中的适用性。采用基于ABAQUS的有限元方法,对铝合金2A12等轴残余应力和非等轴残余应力的显微硬度压痕试验进行模拟,进而估算Suresh模型、Yun-Hee Lee模型和基于能量法的模型的相对误差。计算结果表明,Yun-Hee Lee模型精度高于Suresh模型和能量法模型,其等轴残余应力的估算精度总体上高于非等轴的情况。在非等轴残余应力估算公式中引入修正因子,当修正因子为1.05时,最大相对误差可控制在10%以内。
The applicability of current Vickers micro indentation method for equiaxial residual stress is discussed for the estimation of the non-equiaxial residual stress. The ABAQUS based finite element method is used to simulate the microhardness of equiaxial and non-equiaxial residual stress of aluminum alloy 2A12. Further, the relative errors of the Suresh model, the Yun-Hee Lee model and the energy method based model are estimated. The estimating results show that the accuracy of the Yun-Hee Lee model is higher than that of the Suresh model and the energy model, and the estimation accuracy of the equiaxial residual stress is generally higher than the non equiaxial case. The correction factor is introduced in the non equiaxial residual stress estimation formula. When the correction factor is 1.05, the maximum relative error can be controlled within 10%.
