摘要
通过总结李维民教授治疗肾性贫血的临床经验,对肾衰状态下的精、气、血之间的关系进行梳理和分析。我们认为肾性贫血的病机核心为脾肾精亏、气不化血。在肾性贫血的治疗中应用填精纳气法治疗肾性贫血是合理而且必要的。
By summing up the treatment experiences in renal anemia of Professor Li Weimin,the relationships between essence,Qi and blood was sorted out and analyzed in the condition of renal failure.We believe that the central pathogenesis of renal anemia is deficiency of spleen and kidney essence as well as the Qi＇s cannot changing into the blood.In short,It is reasonable and necessary to use the method of filling essence for improving Qi in the treatment of renal anemia.
