摘要
近几年,随着数字信息技术的发展,档案管理的模式呈现全新面貌。过去,高校建构的毕业实习档案属于类别档案,记载的仅是学生实习的流程与成绩。基于此,本研究分别从高校教育实习档案管理、学生实习流程与成绩管理以及为用人单位提供真实数据等角度探讨其必要性;从建构信息化管理的网络开放平台、搭建层级管理体系、编制由子系统构成的质量监控体系等方面阐释实习档案信息化管理模式结构;从完善高校教育档案、规范学生学籍档案以及填补实习单位指导教师工作档案等角度论述建构实习档案信息化管理的多种效能。以期对高校毕业实习档案信息化管理的研究提供参考。
In recent years,with the development of digital information technology,the archives management model has taken on a new look.In the past,university gradation internship archives belonged to category archives,and only recorded students＇ internship process and results.Based on this,the paper explores the necessity of university gradation internship archives management from perspectives of university education internship archives management,students internship process and result management and real data provided by employers.From perspectives of constructing an open network platform for informatization management,setting up a hierarchical management system,and developing systematic quality monitoring systems,it explains the informatization management model of internship archives,and discusses the multiple effects of constructing internship archives informatization management form perspectives of improving university education archives,standardizing students＇ archives,and filling in intern instructors＇ working archives in order to provide reference for the research on the informatization management of gradation internship archives in colleges and universities.
