A design of traffic mode for plane intersections based on critical speed

摘要 城市道路平面交叉口成为限制路网通行能力的瓶颈之一.针对大部分交叉口入口车速较慢,导致车辆相互作用强烈、延误时间增加、通行能力下降等问题,提出了基于临界车速的通行方法,建立了停车线位置及信号周期配时的优化模型,将车流提前放行,提高车辆在交叉口内的通行速度,以达到降低车辆运行延误、提高交叉口通行能力的目的,使交叉口内通行模式转变为路段通行模式,并通过VISSIM仿真,验证其有效性.结果表明:该交叉口通行模式在避免车辆排队溢出的条件下,车辆平均延误降低了31.92%,出口流量提升了4.54%. The intersection of urban road became one of the bottlenecks which restricted the capacity of road networks. For the strong interaction of vehicles,increasing of delay and declining of traffic capacity caused by slow entrance speed in most intersections. A new model of optimizing the position of parking line and the cycle of signal was established based on the idea of critical speed to reduce delay of vehicle,which would improve traffic capacity by releasing vehicles in advance and improve traffic speed in intersections. The comparative analysis was conducted by using the VISSIM simulation technology and its effectiveness and practicability were verified. The results showed that the average delay of vehicles was reduced by 31.92%,and the export flow per hour was increased by 4.54%.
