摘要
目的探讨电磁导航引导鼻内镜下鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤切除术在临床中的应用。方法总结1例鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤患者在FUSIONTM电磁导航系统下及鼻内镜下实施手术的临床经验及病例资料。结果该患者手术在2 h内顺利完成,完整切除肿瘤,无手术并发症,术后随访无复发。结论电磁导航下实施鼻窦骨化性纤维瘤切除术,能在术前评价手术风险,对确保手术的精准性、安全性都起到了非常重要的辅助作用,并且缩短了手术时间,减少了手术并发症,应用前景较广。
Objective To explore the clinical application of nasal endoscopic sinus ossification fibroma resection under the guidance of electromagnetic navigation. Method 1 case of ossifying fibroma of the sinus had undergone the complete resection with nasal endoscopic surgery under the guidance of the FUSION[TM]electromagnetic navigation system. Results The operation was completed successfully in 2 hours and the tumor was resected completely. There were no intra-and post-operative complications,nor recurrence was found during the follow-up. Conclusions Electromagnetically guided resection of ossifying fibroma of paranasal sinuses plays an important role in evaluating the risk of surgery before operation,ensuring the accuracy and safety of the resection,shortening operative time and reducing the complication rates. The application prospect is broad.
