摘要
船舶航行安全受到许多因素的影响,为对船舶通航环境的风险等级进行定量评价并简化计算过程,改进基于逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)理论的风险评价模型,确定5个虚拟评价对象,称之为标准评价对象,作为不同通航风险等级的代表。选取某段航道作为评价实例,对其进行通航环境风险评价,通过改进的熵权TOPSIS模型,以风险贴近度为依据,得出该航道通航环境风险等级量化值,并与熵权物元模型的评价结果相比较,验证模型的有效性和实用性。
The TOPSIS( Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) model for quantitatively evaluating the risk level in specific navigation environment is proposed to simplify the evaluation and calculation process. Five virtual objects are defined as Standard Evaluation Objects( SEOs) which reflect navigation risk levels in different environment.The entropy weighing is introduced into the model to improve evaluation results. The model is verified through evaluating a given waterway. The effectiveness and usability are examined.
