摘要
目的探讨H型高血压患者同型半胱胺酸水平与肾功能的关系。方法该院2015年11月—2016年11月期间,将212例高血压患者随机分成了H型高血压组和非H型高血压组,每组患者106例。分别比较两组患者的肾功能的差异,采用线性回归模型分析H型高血压患者同型半胱胺酸水平与肾功能相关指标间的关系。结果根据该院所进行的研究显示,H型高血压组的血肌酐、血尿素氮以及肾小球滤过率以及24 h尿蛋白方面的数值,相较于非H型高血压组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而在24 h尿微量白蛋白的数值方面,H型高血压组的尿微量白蛋白值(44.45±4.56)mg/mmol则明显高于非H型高血压组患者的尿微量白蛋白值(29.89±5.44)mg/mmol,两组患者差异有统计学意义(t=8.46,P<0.05)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症与年轻原发性高血压患者极早期肾功能损害呈正相关,会对患者的身体健康造成严重的影响。因此为了帮助患者进行疾病的治疗,需要为患者做好肾功能检查方面的工作。在进行检查期间,需要进行血清Cr、血尿酸的水平的测定工作,从而帮助人们促进身体的健康,减少肾脏方面的损伤。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the relationship between homocysteine level and renal function in patients with type H hypertension. Methods During the period from November 2015 to November 2016, 212 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into H type hypertension group and non H hypertension group, with 106 cases in each group. The differences of renal function between the two groups were compared. The relationship between homocysteine level and renal function related indexes in patients with type H hypertension was analyzed by linear regression model. Results According to the research carried out in our hospital, the values of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate and 24 hours urine protein in type H hypertension group were not significantly different from those in non H hypertensive group, with no statistical significance(P〈0.05). In the aspect of numerical 24 hours microalbuminuria, microalbuminuria H type hypertension group values(44.45 ±4.56)mg/mmol was significantly higher than that of microalbuminuria in non H type hypertension patients value(29.89±5.44)mg/mmol, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance(t=8.46, P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is positively correlated with early renal dysfunction in young patients with essential hypertension, and it will seriously affect the health of patients. Therefore, in order to help patients with the treatment of the disease, it is necessary for the patients to do a good job in the examination of renal function. During the examination period, we need to measure serum Cr and serum uric acid level, so as to help people to promote health and reduce kidney damage.
