摘要
目的探讨中药颗粒剂致肝脏损害的原因。方法对我院收治的应用中药颗粒剂致肝脏损害1例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习相关文献。结果本例因人工流产术后出现发热、恶心、呕吐13 d急诊入院。3周前行人工流产术查肝功能正常,术后自感身体虚弱,口服含补骨脂、吴茱萸、当归、甘草等中药颗粒剂,用药剂量符合药典规定,后出现发热、恶心、呕吐,查肝功能异常。追问病史得知,口服中药制剂期间未服用其他药物,明确诊断为中药颗粒剂致肝脏损害,立即停药,予保肝、卧床休息等治疗后痊愈出院。结论临床运用含有补骨脂、吴茱萸等中药方剂时注意对肝脏的毒性作用,定期复查肝功能。
Objective To investigate the potential causes of liver damage by traditional Chinese medicine drug granules. Methods Clinical data of one case of liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine granules were retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results One patient was admitted to Emergency Department of our hospital for fever,nausea,and vomiting for 13 days. She just had an artificial abortion three weeks before admission. Her liver function was normal before artificial abortion. She began to take traditional Chinese medicine drug granules which were composed of Fructus Psoraleae,Evodia Rutaecarpa,Angelica and Liquorice for her weakness. The dosage met the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia. She developed fever,nausea and vomiting,and her liver function was abnormal. Medical history taking revealed that she had not taken any drugs during the periods of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine drug granules. Therefore,she was diagnosed as live damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine granules. The drugs were withdrawn immediately,and liver protection measures were taken. Bed rest was recommended and she was discharged from the hospital after recovery. Conclusion Fructus psoraleae and Evodia rutaecarpa in traditional Chinese medicinal formula are toxic to liver function,which,therefore,should be checked regularly.
