摘要
目的探讨全膝置换术后类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者人格特征与满意度相关性。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年6月北京积水潭医院矫形骨科收治的111例RA并行全膝置换术患者为研究对象。采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ-RSC)和术后满意度问卷对患者进行评价,分析人格特征与术后满意度的相关性及术后满意度的影响因素。结果 EPQ-RSC结果显示,患者在神经质上有人格特征倾向性。单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、付费方式、婚姻状况、术前关节是否变形、疼痛、神经质为RA患者满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。Logistics回归模型结果显示,性别、疼痛视觉模拟评分及EPQ-RSC中神经质为患者术后满意度的独立影响因素。结论性别、术后疼痛程度以及N神经质维度与术后患者的满意度密切相关,提示医务人员应该对类风湿关节炎患者给予更多关注,针对性的给予更多术后功能锻炼的宣教以及心理疏导,增加患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and postoperative satisfaction of patients with rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） after total knee arthroplasty（ TKA）. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 111 cases of patients with RA who were admitted and underwent TKA from January 2016 to June 2017. Patients were evaluated by eysenck personality questionnaire（ EPQ-RSC） and postoperative satisfaction questionnaire to analyze the correlation between personality characteristics and postoperative satisfaction and the influencing factors of postoperative satisfaction. Results The results of EPQ-RSC showed that patients had personality tendency on neuroticism（ N）. Single factor analysis results showed that gender,marital status,age,payment methods,preoperative whether deformation,joint pain and N were the influence factors of RA patients satisfaction（ P 0. 05）. Results of Logistics regression model show that gender,VAS score and N in EPQ-RSC were independent factors influencing postoperative satisfaction of patients. Conclusion Gender,degree of postoperative pain and neuroticism dimension is closely related to postoperative satisfaction of patients,prompt medical workers should pay more attention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,targeted to give more education and psychological counseling,postoperative function exercise to increase patients＇ satisfaction.
