摘要
笔者20年来,对300例周围性面瘫患者用针、电、药综合方法进行治疗,效果满意,总结如下。临床资料 300例患者中,男180例,女120例;年龄最小者1岁零2个月,最大者76岁,以18～40岁者较多;病程最短5天,最长一年。病因:周围性面瘫多由于急性非化脓性茎乳突孔内的面神经炎所引起。面部受冷风侵袭常为诱因。表现:发病突然,初期有耳后疼痛。
In the treatment, Taiyang (Extra), Shangguan (GB 3), Xiaguan(St.7), Jiache (St. 6), Dicang (St 4), Hegu(L1 4), Yingxiang(LI 20), Yangbai (GB 14), Yintang(Extra) and Yuyao (Extra) are prescribed as primary points and Sanxiao(Extra), Qianzheng (Extra), Fengchi(GB 20), Renzhong (GV. 26), and Chengjiang (CV 24) arc supplemen- tary points. All the points are inserted half a cun deep with the needle in so degree angle except Hegu, Taiyang, Shangguan and Xiaguan which are punctu- red about 1 cun, 7 or 8 points can be selected each session and after the arrival of Qi the needles are connected with the electric acupuncture apparatus of 9-voltage direct current for 40 minutes and the fre- quency is 45 times per minute. The treatment is once daily, and 7 sessions make up one course of treatment and 2-day break is necessary between 2 courses. Oral administration of qianzhengsan is combined, one dose daily. The patient is advised to be steamed by the hot air for 15 minutes when the herbs is decocted. The result revealed 270 cases of cure (90%), 20 of marked effect (8.3%) and 5 of failure (1.7%).
