摘要
Under the condition of natural infection, 60 blast-resistant rice germplasm resources were screened from the blast nursery through many years of natural identifcation, which would provide abundant parent materials for rice blast resistance breeding. The disease level of panicle blast was above grade seven in most of the core materials, including 15 of R grade, 23 of MR grade, 14 of MS grade, 7 of S grade and 1 of HS grade. The results of cross test showed in the F1 generation, 12 rice germplasm resources performed well; and the seed-setting percentages of 17 rice germplasm resources were higher than 50%, and those of 10 were below 5%.
本研究经过多年在稻瘟病圃中自然发病鉴定筛选出60份抗性较强的水稻种质资源,为贵州稻区水稻抗稻瘟病育种提供丰富的抗源亲本材料。筛选出的大部分核心材料穗瘟在7级以上,其中穗瘟为1级的材料有15份,穗瘟为3级的材料有23份,穗瘟为5级的材料有14份,穗瘟为7级的材料有7份,穗瘟表现为9级的只有1份。测交试验显示:F1代表现最好的材料为12份;F1代结实率高于50%的材料为17份;结实率低于5%的材料有10份。
