摘要
养生旅游是目前增长迅速的旅游缝隙市场,但是各国养生内涵和养生活动具有较大差异,这就令养生旅游的研究表现出理论解释不足、研究对象多样化的现象。广西巴马县的养生旅游现象,呈现了游客在中国养生文化背景下,如何通过旅游获得康复体验。其中,自然环境的康复性表现在优质的空气、水和食药材上;长寿和中医养生文化的符号环境反映了促进康复的精神性;而具有康复性的社会环境则表现为淳朴的社区、游客彼此的情感支持,以及共同营造的康复氛围。此外,旅游的异地性带来的人际交往和生活方式转换,也是人们获得康复的关键因素。康复性景观是西方语境下的一个理论,它在东方文化背景下的应用,揭示了文化在人们获得健康过程中的重要作用,以及东西方自然观、养生文化的差异。
Wellness tourism has been growing rapidly in he last two decades in the world,but the great differences in the concepts of wellness tourism and wellness activities in different countries have led to insufficient theorization and diversified research objects. The wellness tourism in Bama County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,provides a comprehensive view of tourists＇ healing experience in wellness tourism in the Chinese cultural context. Research has found that natural environment（ including water,air,food and Chinese medicinal herbs）,symbolic environment（ including longevity and Chinese wellness philosophy） and social environment work together to improve the tourists＇ health.The spirituality arising from the symbolic environment,which is shaped by culture,plays an essential role in bringing about therapeutic effects. Besides,social environment has therapeutic effects when it encourages tourists to give each other emotional support and creates a healing atmosphere in the community. This study has also found that the healing effects of a therapeutic place are closely related to tourists＇ escape from their daily environment or their therapeutic space at home. The study has expanded the application of the Western therapeutic landscape theory in Oriental cultural context by revealing the influences of Chinese traditional culture on the idea of human-nature relationship and wellness practices.
