摘要
针对处于河谷等危险地带的桥梁,采用传统人工方式采集桥梁数据具有风险大、强度高的缺点,文中设计了一种基于物联网(Internet of Things,IOT)技术的桥梁远程监控系统。通过物联网技术实时采集并传输桥梁结构的拱肋变形与主梁应变、拱座沉降与位移、吊杆系杆索力与环境信息等数据。系统包含中间件套件,能够接收并存储信息数据,最后通过远程可视化界面进行监控,给出维护管理策略。将文中所开发的系统应用于清石河特大桥监控及数据远程采集分析其结果表明,该系统采集数据效率较高,为取得连续、准确的监控数据提供了可能,也为桥梁设施的安全使用提供了保障。
In view of the problem that the traditional artificial way to collect data of bridge in the river valley and other dangerous areas has the disadvantages of high strength and high risk,in this paper,the bridge remote monitoring system based on the Internet of things( IOT) technology is designed and developed.Through IOT this system can collect the bridge structure deformation of arch and girder strain,settlement and displacement of abutment,suspender and tie cable force and environmental information,and transfer information.And the system includes a middleware suite,can receive information,then storage.Finally,monitoring and proposing maintenance management strategy are done by the remote visual interface.In this paper,the developed system is applied to the remote acquisition and analysis of Qing Shi River bridge monitoring data,results show that the system collects data with high efficiency,provides possibility to obtain accurate and continuous monitoring of the data,provide a guarantee for the safe use of bridge facilities.
