摘要
目的了解郴州市社区老年高血压病人焦虑现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取郴州市≥60岁的社区高血压老年人300例进行问卷调查,有效问卷共287份。问卷由一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)组成。结果社区高血压老年人焦虑症状发生率为43.17%,高于全国常模。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血压分级、年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、健康状况自评、社会支持水平为高血压伴发焦虑的独立危险因素。结论郴州市社区高血压老年人焦虑症状发生率较高,并受高血压分级、年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况等因素的影响。在社区心理卫生服务过程中,应从影响因素出发,根据社区的实际情况,进一步健全社区卫生服务体系、完善社会支持系统,改善高血压老年人群的焦虑状况。
Objective To investigate the status of anxiety and analyze its influencing factors among the elderly with hypertension in the communities of Chenzhou. Methods By adopting stratified randomized cluster sampling,300 cases of elderly patients with hypertension over 60 years old were investigated by questionnaire. The questionnaire were consisted of general information questionnaire,SelfRating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）,Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS） and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale（ MMAS-8）. Results The incidence rate of anxiety symptoms among the elderly with hypertension in communities was 43. 17%,which was higher than that in the national norm. Multiple Logistic regression showed that hypertension classification,age,gender,education level,marital status,self-rated health status,social support level were independent risk factors of hypertension associated with anxiety. Conclusions The incidence of anxiety symptoms among elderly patients with hypertension in community of Chenzhou is high,and it is affected by hypertension classification,age,gender,education level,marital status and other factors. In the community mental health service,it is necessary to regulate the community health service system and improve the social support system,which could further help them to alleviate the anxiety status of hypertension in senile people.
