尤瑞克林联合阿司匹林对老年缺血性脑卒中病人血清NSE和MCP-1的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的探究尤瑞克林联合阿司匹林对老年缺血性脑卒中病人血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neutron specific enolase,NSE)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemotactic protein 1,MCP-1)水平的影响。方法我院于2013年5月至2015年5月期间收治的56例老年缺血性脑卒中病人,按随机数字表法分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例)。所有病人治疗前均进行常规治疗,对照组口服阿司匹林,观察组在对照组的基础上,静脉滴注尤瑞克林。治疗15 d后观察病人的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,对其进行美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分并检测其NSE和MCP-1水平。结果对照组临床有效率为71.4%,观察组为92.8%,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组NIHSS评分及血清NSE、MCP-1水平均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合阿司匹林治疗老年缺血性脑卒中病人疗效显著,能降低血清NSE和MCP-1水平,改善神经功能,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of urinary kallindinogenase combined with aspirin on serum levels of neuron specific enolase( NSE) and monocyte chemotactic protein 1( MCP-1) in the elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Fifty-six elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were divided into control group( n = 28) and observation group( n = 28) according to random number table. The control group was treated with oral aspirin,and the observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of urinary kallindinogenase based on the control group. After 15 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients were observed. The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS) was assessed and the levels of NSE and MCP-1 were detected. Results The clinical effective rate of the patients in the control group was71. 4%,compared with 92. 8% in the observation group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly decreased,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the levels of serum NSE and MCP-1 in both groups were decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). The levels of NSE and MCP-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The combination of urinary kallindinogenase and aspirin in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke patients has significant curative effect. The levels of serum NSE and MCP-1 are obviously decreased and the neurological function is significantly improved.
