地佐辛用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查的效果观察 被引量:1

Effect of dezocine on painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy

摘要 目的观察地佐辛用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查的效果和安全性。方法选择行无痛纤维支气管镜检查的患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。D组于检查前15min缓慢静脉注射地佐辛0.1mg/kg,S组于检查前5min缓慢静脉注射舒芬太尼0.2μg/kg,两组均于检查前缓慢静脉注射丙泊酚2mg/kg。监测两组患者不同时刻的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2),记录患者躁动、呛咳情况,苏醒时间,丙泊酚用量,药物不良反应。结果两组患者MAP和HR均无明显变化(P〉0.05);S组在麻醉后气管镜进入前(T1)、气管镜进入声门时(T2)、检查中(33)时的SpO2低于给药前及D组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者术中出现躁动、呛咳,丙泊酚用量比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05);D组苏醒时间短于S组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);D组发生恶心、呼吸抑制和嗜睡率低于S组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论地佐辛用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查的效果良好,术中血流动力学平稳,术后苏醒迅速,不良反应发生率低,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。 Objective To observe the effect and salty of dezocine on painless painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods Sixty patients undergoing painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Group D was slowly injected with intravenous injection of dezocin 0. 1 mg/kg at 15 min before examination, and group S was slowly injected with sufentanil 0. 2μg/kg at 5 min before examination, and the two groups were slowly injected with propofol 2 mg/kg before examination. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) at different times of the two groups were monitored, patient's restlessness, cough, recovery time, propofol dosage and adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results There was no significant change in MAP and HR of the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the SpO2 in group S at T1 , T2 and T3 were lower than those before administration and group D, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in body movement, cough and propofol dosage between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Recovery time of group D was significantly shorter than that of group S ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Group D had less nausea, respiratory depression and rate of sleepiness after the examination than group S, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The effect of dezocin on painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy is good, the hemodynamics is smooth during the operation, the postoperative recovery is rapid, and the incidence of adverse reaction is low. It is a safe and effective method of anesthesia.
