摘要
目的观察对老年非小细胞肺癌患者行以中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法将2016年7月—2017年8月我院收治的66例老年ⅢA/ⅢB期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成对照组和研究组,对照组行单独立体定向放疗,研究组行立体定向放疗^+中药"贞芪八珍汤"加减方案治疗,比较临床效果。结果治疗前2组中医证候积分以及QOL评分比较无显著差异,治疗后研究组中医证候积分以及QOL评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+四项T淋巴细胞亚群比较均无显著差异,治疗后研究组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+四项T淋巴细胞亚群均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年ⅢA/ⅢB期非小细胞肺癌患者行以立体定向放疗^+中药"贞芪八珍汤"加减方案治疗可使患者的生活质量得到改善,同时也可以改善患者的免疫功能、临床症状,具有显著临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile nonsmall cell lung cancer. Method From July 2016 to August 2017,66 elderly patients with stage Ⅲ A/Ⅲ B non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy alone,and the study group was treated with Zhenqi Bazhen decoction. The clinical effect was compared. Result There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and QOL score between the two groups before and after treatment. The scores of TCM syndromes and QOL in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before treatment with CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋and CD4~＋/CD8~＋. After treatment,the four T lymphocyte subsets of CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋and CD4~＋/CD8~＋8 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with advanced stage ⅢA/ⅢB non-small cell lung cancer treated with stereotactic radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine Zhenqi Baizhen decoction could improve the quality of life,the immune function and clinical symptoms of patients. It has remarkable clinical value.
