摘要
随着我国经济的发展,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,野生食用植物也受到了广大人民的欢迎。纵观未来发展趋势,合理的保护和利用野生食用植物资源是十分必要的。本文主要探讨了辽东山区野生食用植物资源的保护和利用,并提出一些建议,为今后的食品行业提供可行的参考。
With the development of China＇ s economy, people＇s demanas for quality of life are getting higher and higher. Wild edible plants are popular among the people. According to the development trend, it is very necessary to reasonably protect and utilize wild edible plant resources. This paper mainly discusses the protection and utiliza-tion of wild edible plant resources in Liaodong mountainous area, and puts forward some suggestions to provide a feasible reference for the future food industry.
