摘要
雷公藤是我国的一种传统的中草药,同时也是一种传统的毒性很强的杀虫剂,民间很早有医用和农用的记载,防治各种虫害、灭鼠、毒蛆等。尤其是,雷公藤具有明确的中等抗凝血作用,在不同的临床诊疗中是以协同或者对抗的不同面目出现的。由于这抗凝血作用风险极大且操控性较低,一般研究人员对在这个特性范围内开发人用新药不感兴趣,极大浪费了这种药效资源。为在保证安全的前提下有效生物防范鼠害,推动绿色农业发展,有必要认真研究雷公藤的抗凝血作用并加以利用。
Tripterygium wilfordii is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,as well as a traditional highly toxic pesticide too,in China. It was used in medicine and agronomy for long time to prevent and control various vegetable pests,kill insects,and eradicate rats,poisonous tits and others. In particular,T. wilfordii has a definite moderate anticoagulant effect,appearing in different facets of coordination or confrontation in different clinical diagnosis and treatment. Due to the high risk of this anticoagulation and the low controllability,most of investigators are not interested in developing new drugs for human use within this range of properties,which greatly wastes this potency resource. In order to effectively prevent animal pests and promote the development of green agriculture under the premise of ensuring safety,it is necessary to study the anticoagulant effects of T. wilfordii and use it.
