摘要 针对大红山铜矿数字矿山建设的现状、存在的问题以及基于其自身发展需求与整体部署,提出自动化、数字化、可视化、模型化、集成化等"五化"特征的数字矿山建设,并从协同办公、技术管理、生产管理、集中管控、决策支持等5个方面进行总体规划,研究并建设矿山数据中心、矿山技术管理、矿山生产管理、矿山集中管控以及矿山决策支持等五大系统,从而减少数据冗余、消除信息孤岛,保证矿山数据实时共享及数据安全,并使各系统高度集成融合且发挥最佳效能,最终实现大红山铜矿安全、高效、经济开采。大红山铜矿数字矿山的成功建设对国内其他矿山的数字化建设具有一定的借鉴意义。 In view of the present situation and existing problems of digital mine construction in Dahongshan copper mine,and based on its own development needs and overall deployment, the construction of digital mine, such as automation,digitization, visualization, modeling and integration, is proposed. And the overall planning are made from the aspects of the coordination of office, technical management, production management, centralized control, decision support etc. Therefore, five major systems of mine data center, mine technology management, mine production management, mine centralized control and mine decision support are researched and constructed to reduce the data redundancy and eliminate information silos. The realtime mine data sharing and data security can be guaranteed, which makes the systems highly integrated and converged to achieve the best performance. Finally, the safe, efficient and economical mining in Dahongshan copper mine is realized. The successful construction of digital mine in Dahongshan copper mine has certain guiding significance for the digital construction of other mines at home.
