Selection and optimization of vacuum pump for an electric vehicle based on acoustic and vibration measurement

摘要 为解决某电动汽车真空泵工作时引起的车内振动和噪声较大的问题,搭建了真空泵振动噪声测试的实验平台,测量了4种不同真空泵工作时引起的车内不同位置振动和噪声情况。通过对测试的数据分析确定了4种真空泵的选型顺序。分析发现原厂真空泵振动噪声过大主要是隔振垫和真空泵支架引起,通过更换隔振垫和真空泵支架的方式对原厂真空泵进行了优化,对优化后的真空泵振动噪声情况进行了测试,发现优化后的真空泵外耳噪声降低5.8dB,本体振动降低3.001g。 In order to solve the problem of internal vibration and noise caused by vacuum pump in an electric vehicle.An experimental platform for vibration and noise measurement of vacuum pumps is built.The vibration and noise in different positions of the vehicle were measured when the vacuum pump was working.A total of four vacuum pumps were tested.By comparing and analyzing the test data,the selection sequence of four vacuum pumps is determined.It is found that the vibration and noise of the original vacuum pump are mainly caused by vacuum pump vibration isolation pad and support.The original vacuum pump was optimized by replacing the vibration isolating pad and the vacuum pump bracket.The vibration and noise of the optimized vacuum pump were tested,it was found that the noise of external ear was reduced by 5.8 dB,and the vibration of the pump body was reduced by 3.001 g.
