摘要
目的探讨护理延伸服务在宫颈癌手术留置双"J"管出院患者的影响。方法将100例宫颈癌手术留置双"J"管出院患者随机分为两组,对照组50例和观察组50例。两组住院期间及出院时均给予常规护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上加予护理延伸服务:观察组出院后分阶段、持续进行护理延伸服务,由专职护士负责(出院后第5~7天、第15~20天、第25~30天进行)电话回访、电话随访,微信平台关注,制定个性化的饮食指导方案,定期进行家庭健康宣教。结果两组留置双"J"管患者置管期间并发症、相关知识掌握的情况以及自我护理的情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理延伸服务对留置双J管出院患者的康复有着重要的指导作用,对帮助患者顺利度过置管期、提高生活质量,起到了积极地作用,适合在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing extension service on discharged patients with double J tubes indwelt during cervical cancer operation. Methods One hundred patients with cervical cancer who were treated, indwelt double J tubes during operation and discharged from our hospital, were evenly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups received routine nursing service and guidance. The patients in observation group was additionally supplied nursing extension service. Patients in observation group were given stages and continuous nursing extension service by full-time nurses after discharge,（respectively 5～7 days, 15～20 days, 25～30 days after discharge）, contents included： telephone call-back, telephone follow-up, We Chat platform focus, personalized dietary guidance, regular family guidance. Results There was significant difference in the incidence of complication, mastering of relevant knowledge, selfcare ability between two groups（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Nursing extension service has important guiding effect on the recovery of patients with double J tubes, it can help the patients getting through the catheter period, improving life quality, and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
