摘要
目的因子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的诊疗标准仍存在争议,本文就现有的研究资料对子宫瘢痕部位妊娠进行系统评价,旨在为临床诊治提供参考。方法在Pub Med、CNKI、Embase、Conchrane Library、维普及万方等数据库中检索建库至今有关子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的文献。结果检索出大量有关子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的发病机制、临床分型、诊断及治疗的文献。结论在缺乏临床随机对照试验及"三分型"用于指导临床治疗的前提下,近年来,子宫动脉栓塞联合超声引导下刮宫术或宫腔镜下刮宫术更具有普适性。但更加完美的治疗方案仍需大量设计良好、大样本的随机对照试验来证实。
Objective To evaluate cesarean scar pregnancy systematically based on the current data,provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The related literatures of cesarean scar pregnancy were searched in Pub Med,CNKI,Embase,Conchrane Library,VIP,Wanfang databases since the foundation of the database. Results A lot of literatures about mechanism,clinical stages,diagnosis,and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy were searched. Conclusion On the premise of lacking clinical randomized controlled trials and guiding clinical treatment by three-type,uterine artery embolization combined with curettage under the guidance of ultrasound or curettage under the guidance of hysteroscopy were widely applied in recent years. However,a large number of well-designed,large-sample randomized controlled trials are still needed for cesarean scar pregnancy.
