摘要
岁时节日是传播传统医药文化的重要契机,汉字文化圈国家是传播中医药文化的重要区域。通过梳理汉字文化圈国家春节代表性食物的食材选择与制作过程,并从"药食同源"的角度阐述春节食俗中的医学理念,认为传统医学理念能够指导日常生活。
By combing the selection and making process of the typical foods for the Spring Festival in the Chinese- character cultural circle countries and from the view of ＂Medicine and Food Share the same origion＂, this paper expounds the medicine culture in the food customs of the Spring Festival and concludes that the traditional medical idea can guide daily life. The festivals of the year are important opportunities to spread the traditional medicine culture. Countries in Chinese-character cultural circle are important regions for developing traditional Chinese medicine culture.
