摘要
[目的]探究《金匮要略》"相和性"天人一体思维,并以"整体观念"作为应用法则来作出分析,以期更全面地理解《金匮要略》相关条文,从而拓宽思路,提高临床疗效。[方法]从《金匮要略》第一、第六和第十六篇中撷选"整体观念"有关条文,并以天体相和、天人相和、人体相和等三个代表范畴,追本溯源为"相和性"思维法则作出具体说明。[结果]"相和性"的思维特点是"整体观念"。"相和性"在《金匮要略》的具体体现,就是指在"整体观念"的大原则下,自然、人体,自然与人体之间所达到一种"相和呼应"的和谐状态。[结论]通过"相和性"来说明"整体观念"存在的合理性,是《金匮要略》之中有关于中医学思维的一大特色,同时这也是中医学基础理论的特点所在。掌握《金匮要略》"整体观念"之"相和性"思维法则,不仅有助于对中医学理法方药的体会发挥,而且也能提高医者临床水平。
[Objective]Explore the idea of ＂between the harmony of the celestial bodies and that of the human bodies＂from Jin Gui Yao Lue. and interrelating the idea between of the pair as the analytical method, in order to enhance the understanding of the relevant written principles in Jin Gui Yao Lue,hence provide deep insights and improve the clinical effectiveness. [Method]Excerpting the idea of inter-relation of ideas as a whole from Jin Gui Yao Lue,verses 1.1.16, and refer it to the idea of harmony among the celestial bodies, the harmony among the human bodies, the harmony between celestial and human, the discussion will trace the origins of the idea of harmony, and elaborate it further in this discussion. [Result]The principal idea of harmony, is to inter-relation of ideas as a whole. Hence, in Jin Gui Yao Lue, by applying the principal inter-relation of ideas as a whole, the celestial bodies, the nature,and the human could be resonant and compatible to each other until a equilibrium state is ahieved. [Conclusion]To prove the validity of principal of Interrelation of ideas as a whole with the principal idea of harmony, is the fundamental characteristic of the Chinese medical practice, which is originated from Jin Gui Yao Lve. By mastering the thinking method of inter-relation of ideas as a whole, it will enhance the understanding of the practisioner in Chinese medical practise, and consequently improve the clinical skills and effectiveness of the practices.
