摘要
目的:以早孕超声诊断为途径,讨论早期妊娠胚胎表面绒毛膜隆起征与胚胎发育、妊娠结局的相关性,以评估绒毛膜隆起征在早孕诊断中的临床价值。方法:以行阴道超声检测为标准,随机抽取2014年4月至2018年3月期间10000例早孕孕妇作为研究对象,以随访至14周后妊娠情况为依据,将患者分成胚胎存活组(8550例)和胚胎停育组(1450例),以两组中患绒毛膜隆起征孕妇的绒毛膜隆起大小、数量比较作为观察指标。结果:胚胎存活组中绒毛膜隆起孕妇隆起大小与胚胎停育组绒毛膜隆起孕妇隆起大小比较,差异P>0.05,无统计学意义;胚胎存活组中绒毛膜隆起孕妇绒毛膜隆起数量明显少于胚胎停育组绒毛膜隆起孕妇,差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:绒毛膜隆起大小与妊娠结局无明显关系,而与数量有相关性。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of chorionic bumps in the diagnosis of early pregnancy by means of ultrasonic diagnosis for early pregnancy,and to discuss the correlation between embryonic chorionic etiology and embryonic development and pregnancy outcome in early pregnancy. Methods： By the standard of vaginal ultrasound,10000 pregnant women of early pregnancy from April 2014 to March 2018 were randomly selected as the research object. According to the pregnancy status after follow-up to 14 weeks,the patients were divided into embryo survival group（8550 cases） and embryo stop group（1450 cases）. The chorionic villus size and number of pregnant women with choriocutaneous etiology in both groups were compared as observation indexes. Results： There was no significant difference in the size of the uplift between chorionic ascending pregnant women and the chorionic ascending pregnant women in the embryo survival group,（P 〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in the number of chorionic villi in pregnant women with chorionic villi in the embryo survival group compared with the chorionic pregnant women in the embryo-suspension group,which with statistical significance,（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： There was no significant relationship between the size of chorionic eruption and pregnancy outcome,but it has a significant correlation with the quantity.
