摘要
目的:分析高频超声联合胸部CT对胸壁结核诊断的价值。方法:选择我院自2015年10月-2017年10月收治的经临床确诊的147例胸壁结核患者,对所有患者分别行高频超声检查、胸部CT及高频超声联合胸部CT检查,分析其符合率。结果:高频超声联合胸部CT检查方法符合率为91.16%,均明显高于高频超声诊断符合率(80.27%)、胸部CT诊断率(76.87%),相对比,P<0.05。结论:采用高频超声联合胸部CT检查可提高胸壁结核的检出率,值得借鉴。
Objective： To analyze the value of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with chest CT in the diagnosis of chest wall tuberculosis. Methods： The data of 147 clinically diagnosed patients with chest wall tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research object. All the patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound,chest CT and high-frequency ultrasound combined with chest CT respectively,and then analyzed the compliance rate between them. Results： The study results showed that the coincidence rate of high-frequency ultrasound with chest CT was 91. 16%,which were significantly higher than that of high-frequency ultrasound（80. 27%） and chest CT（76. 87%）,the statistics had significant difference,（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of high-frequency ultrasound and chest CT could improve the detection rate of chest wall tuberculosis,which worth of clinical promotion.
