铅在航空润滑油中的腐蚀行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 用GJB 497试验方法研究了航空润滑油中基础油、抗氧剂、抗磨剂及金属钝化剂组分对金属铅的腐蚀影响,结果表明抗氧剂的加入能够有效抑制铅的腐蚀;硫代磷酸酯类抗磨剂对铅腐蚀的抑制效果较明显;少量的金属钝化剂能够抑制铅的腐蚀过程,但随着添加量的增加会导致抑制效果变差。并且分析了铅在航空润滑油中产生腐蚀原因为油品高温或催化作用下氧化、裂解产生的有机酸性物质引起的。 The effect of base oil,antioxidant,antiwear additive and metal passivation additive on lead corrosion in aviation lubricant was studied by test method GJB 497 in this paper. The results demonstrate that the addition of antioxidant can effectively inhibit the lead corrosion,the phosphorothioate antiwear agent also has a significant inhibitory effect on lead corrosion process. Furthermore,small amount of metal passivation agent can restrain the lead corrosion,but the effect will be degraded with further addition. In addition,it is discussed and confirmed that the lead corrosion process in aviation lubricant is due to the organic acid from oxidation and cracking under catalyst or high temperature.
