基于介电响应的植物油纸绝缘热老化特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为研究植物油浸渍绝缘纸在热老化过程中的介电响应特性与老化程度的关系,制备了植物油纸绝缘试样并对其进行加速热老化试验,在不同的老化阶段对试样进行聚合度测量和介电响应测试,分析其介电响应的变化规律,并提取不同老化阶段介电响应的多个特征量。然后对特征量进行主成分分析(PCA),得到一维特征量(X1),并与聚合度建立关系。结果表明:随着热老化的进行,吸收电流和电导电流均随老化程度的加深逐渐增大,在工频附近,油纸的介质损耗因数也随老化程度的加深而增大;所获得的一维特征量(X1)与聚合度的相关性高,为绝缘纸聚合度的测量提供一种新思路。 In order to study the relation between the dielectric response properties and ageing degree of vegetable oil immersed insulating paper in thermal ageing process, the samples were prepared and subjected to accelerated thermal ageing. The polymerization degree and dielectric response of the samples were measured at different ageing stages, and the variation of dielectric response was analyzed, the multiple characteristic quantities of dielectric response were extracted. And then the principal component analysis (PCA) was performed on the characteristic quantities to obtain the one-dimensional feature (X1) and its relationship with the polymerization degree was established. The results show that with the thermal ageing going on, the absorption current and conductance current increase gradually, the dielectric loss factor of oil paper increases under the power frequency; the obtained one-dimensional characteristic quantity(X1) is highly correlated with the polymerization degree, providing a new idea for measuring polymerization degree of insulation paper.
