摘要
试验研究负荷、充气压力、滚动速度和激振频率等参数对赛车轮胎低频动力学特性的影响。结果表明:非滚动状态下,动态刚度随径向负荷和充气压力的增大而增大,阻尼系数随径向负荷的增大而增大,随充气压力的增大而减小;滚动状态下,动态刚度和阻尼系数随充气压力的增大而增大,负荷对两者基本无影响;随着滚动速度的增大,动态刚度增大,阻尼系数基本无变化;随着激振频率的增大,阻尼系数增大,动态刚度基本无变化。赛车轮胎的低频动力学特性研究结果与文献描述情况大部分一致。
The effects of load,inflation pressure,rolling speed and exciting frequency on the low frequency dynamic characteristics of racing tires were studied. The results showed that under non-rolling condition,the dynamic stiffness increased with the increasing of radial load and inflation pressure,and the damping coefficient increased with the increasing of radial load and decreased with the increasing of inflation pressure. Under rolling condition,the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient increased with the increasing of inflation pressure,and load had little effect on the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient. With the increasing of rolling speed,the dynamic stiffness increased,and the damping coefficient was basically unchanged. As the exciting frequency increased,the damping coefficient increased,and the dynamic stiffness was basically unchanged. The research results of low-frequency dynamic characteristics of racing tires were mostly consistent with the reports in the published literatures.
