摘要
介绍600/55R26.5全钢农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 328 mm,断面宽608 mm,行驶面宽度569 mm,行驶面弧度高22 mm,胎圈着合直径671 mm,胎圈着合宽度520.7 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.930 2,花纹深度19 mm,花纹饱和度53.3%,花纹周节数36,采用特殊的胎圈/轮辋保护结构设计。施工设计:胎面采用单胶挤出,带束层采用2层3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘布,胎体采用1层3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘布,采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。
The design on 600/55 R26.5 all-steel agriculture radial tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 328 mm,cross-sectional width 608 mm,width of running surface 569 mm,arc height of running surface 22 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 671 mm,bead width at rim seat 520. 7 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 0. 930 2,pattern depth 19 mm,block/total ratio 53. 3%,total number of pattern pitches 36,and using special bead/rim protection structure design. In construction design,the following processes were taken:one compound extruded tread,2 layers of 3+9+15×0.22 + 0.15 steel cord for belt,1 layer of 3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,and using one stage building machine to build tire and steamer type vulcanizing machine to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and corresponding standard.
