摘要
纸浆流量是制浆造纸厂工艺过程需要测控的重要参数之一。目前我国造纸企业对纸浆流量的测量基本上使用电磁流量计,而对中性绝缘纸浆液国内尚无测量仪表。本文介绍了一种新近开发的纸浆光学相关流量计,它是在研究了纸浆流体动力学特性的基础上,采用光纤传输主动式光学传感器和在线极性相关器构成的微机化仪表。可广泛适用于各种纸浆(包括中性绝缘纸浆)体积流量的测量。
The pulp flow is one of the important parameters which are necessary to measure in the pulp processing of the paper null. Now the magnetic flowmeter has been used for the pulp flow measurement in the paper enterprises and there is no instrument applicable for the measurement of the neutral insulating grade pulp in China.A new pulp flowmeter is described in this paper, which is a microcomputerized instrument composed of an active optical transducer with fiber-optic transmission and a polarity correlation analyser on line, and is based on study of the pulp dynamical feature.This flowmeter can be extensively used to the measurements of volume flow of various pulps including neutral insulating grade pulp.
