摘要
近年来国家对农村中小学进行了大规模的布局调整,使得教育资源配置趋于合理化。但在这过程中仍然存在一些问题,比如教师工作强度加大,教师素质难以提高等。新世纪以来,国家也实施了一系列支持农村教师队伍建设的政策措施,虽已取得一些成效,但是农村教师的"质与量"上仍是长期面对问题。因此需要对已实施的农村教师政策进行进一步的分析,同时,也要借鉴和吸收外国有益的经验,此处以美国为例。来促进农村教育事业的发展。
Recently, educational resources will be rationalized, because of our country adjustment of rural school layout. But it's still some problems, heavy work, quantity shortage, serious loss and so on. Since the beginning of the new century, our country has taken a series of policies that is to the development of rural teachers. However, there are some problems with the development of quantity shortage and serious loss. Therefore, it's necessary to analysis China's rural teacher policy and using the experiences of other countries for reference that is to promote the development of rural education.
