生物功能性义齿修复系统在全口义齿中应用的疗效评定 被引量:39

摘要 目的:评估生物功能性义齿修复系统(BPS)在全口义齿中的应用疗效。方法:选取无牙颌患者40例,随机分为两组:一组给予传统全口义齿修复,另一组采用BPS进行全口义齿修复,然后采用问卷调查和Bio-PAKⅡ系统分别评估修复后患者的主观满意度和口颌功能情况。结果:与传统义齿组相比,BPS组患者对义齿的主观满意度明显较高(P<0.05),且戴用义齿后牙尖交错位时双侧咬肌和颞肌的肌电对称性较好,下颌边缘运动轨迹也更流畅、稳定(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用BPS法制作全口义齿,更符合生物功能性原理,能够取得更好疗效,具有良好的临床应用前景。 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of biofunctional prosthetic system(BPS) in complete denture on both subjective and objective aspects. Methods: Forty patients with edentulous jaws who were admitted to our hospital from 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: one was treated with complete denture and the other was treated with BPS. Then the subjective satisfaction and oral and maxillary function were evaluated by questionnaire and Bio-PAK II system. Results: Compared with the traditional denture group, the subjective satisfaction of the denture in the BPS group was significantly higher(P〈0.05), and the EMG symmetry of the bilateral masseter muscle and the temporal muscle in the intercuspal position after wearing denture are also better. Moreover, the graphs of the mandibular margin movement are obviously more smooth and stable(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of BPS in complete dentures, more in line with the principle of biological function, can achieve better efficacy so that it has a good clinical application prospect.
